Renew Your AAPM Certification
Keeping your certification active ensures your credential remains valid and recognised. Follow the step-by-step process below.

Duly complete the form with all required information.
Submit the completed form for renewal processing.
The application will be reviewed by the AAPM Malaysia Chapter Council.
Upon approval, you will be notified to proceed with the required payment.
The certification registry will be updated upon confirmation of payment.
The renewed certificate will be issued and delivered by the AAPM main office.
In conjunction with the reformation of the AAPM Malaysia Chapter, the PDU submission requirement for certification renewal will be temporarily waived for eligible renewals submitted up to November 2026. This renewal opportunity is also available to individuals with expired AAPM certifications, as well as those whose certification records were previously maintained under the AAPM Headquarters registry. Eligible members are encouraged to renew within this transition period to maintain or restore their certification status and remain in good standing.
